We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist for a Student position to join our Talent Acquisition team in Rehovot. The role includes: •Lead the sourcing stage of recruitment for various levels of positions located in Israel. •Develop a pool of qualified candidates •Develop and execute diverse and creative alternative recruitment sources, such as social networks, blogs, technical networks, attending job fairs, cooperate with top universities etc. •Conduct pre-screening interviews •Manage employee referral program activities. •Work closely with hiring managers to understand positions’ requirements and provide professional advice and insights Qualifications •1-2 years of experience in technical recruitment in a hi-tech company or a technology recruiting agency •BA in a relevant field •A student for a second degree •Availability for a part-time position, up to 80% •Strong knowledge of sourcing practices and tools •Fluent Hebrew and English, reading, writing and verbal •Multi-tasking and ability to work in a dynamic environment •Strong interpersonal skills Please submit your application through the following link:
